Police are investigating a fatal shooting as a possible justifiable homicide following a dispute near a Walmart in northwest Albuquerque. One person, identified as Terrence Lowe, has died from the shooting. The investigation by Albuquerque police is ongoing.Police also said everyone involved in the fatal shooting has either been detained or treated medically.A significant police presence could be seen at 2550 Coors Boulevard NW on Wednesday evening.
