R1: Juuzou has a solid advantage in terms of sheer potency in this round. In his brief scuffle with Yamori way back when, we saw that even a Quinque like Scorpion (Rate B) could slice and dice material that is far harder than steel. I don't need to explain why Juuzou's Jason (Rate S+) would be a lot better than that.

In regards to speed, he should have an advantage here as well. I'll point any readers to this feat from the auction raid:

As far as we saw, neither Gagi nor Guge were even in the same room when those shots were fired. If ghouls of their low caliber can perform feats like that, then keeping up with hilariously faster characters like Kurona, Nashiro, and Ayato would put Juuzou above what I've seen from Tanjirou.

R2: Having his Arata Joker gives Juuzou an immense advantage in both speed and power. He was effectively able to blitz a Kakuja Kurona with an inferior version of the one I'd assume he has here, so I honestly see no way for Tanjirou to keep up. I will admit that I'm behind and the exact mechanics of See Through World aren't really clear to me, so I'm open to my mind being changed on this point depending on how much of a difference that makes.

@kingcrimson: Juuzo's primary advantage is weapons. Qunique is far more durable than nichirin and likely to break it if it lands a good hit. Granted Tanjiro's current sword is an unknown durability wise. He'd have to get within the range of the scythe. Shouldn't be impossible all things considered, he can use agility and afterimages to get close and would have to advantage in tight CQC. I'm not sure how much blade exchanges would even happen considering their weapons.

I don't really find the above feat convincing, it seems like it would either be not a feat at all if they were nearby or far too high end considering they were helpless against the bullets anyway. Juuzo won't win on speed and certainly not on skill. He probably has cutting power based on dicing that thick qunique block but I would still take Tanjiro, although I'm blanking on standout feats so open to arguments.

I honestly don't remember entirely how Arata or Kakuja armors in general worked. Specifically if they're just armor or stat boosts. Unless it interferes with muscles however Juuzo doesn't have an answer for See-Through World which would render him slow motion in comparison. Armor is a problem, but even if Tanjiro can't cut it he should be able to stab unguarded parts.

At that point Juuzou would surprise him by popping out 56 Bikaku Quinque knives from his prosthetic leg. It's not just weaponry that he holds an advantage in, but versatility as well.

Gagi and Guge are, for lack of a better word, retarded. It was really their only option considering that they can't manifest their Kagune either, so I don't really understand this specific point.

That isn't a probably, it's a definitely. I haven't seen much to prove otherwise within or without.

Arata Quinques grant an incredibly large stat boost in exchange for the flesh and bodily permanence of the user. It devours them the more they use it, but even inferior versions weren't so bad that Shinohara and Kuroiwa couldn't have a drawn out battle with the One-Eyed Owl, Kuzen Yoshimura.

@valorknight: Cool, although I'm not really seeing anything that's too much for Tanjirou here tbh. Current Tanjirou scales way above his previous self that sliced the boulder, in fact so much so that he can actually cut the stronger Upper Moons. To put that in perspective, even when a weaker version fought Rui he couldn't cut his neck, and he was a Lower Moon which is fodder to even the weakest Upper Moon. I think in terms of strength he should be just fine.

For speed, those scans are nice but honestly do we know where they were beforehand? I'm just wanting to make sure they didn't come in before the guns fired while the focus was on the people holding them. Even if that's the case though, Tanjirou near the beginning of the series reacted to an attack that traveled at the same speed as the sound of the drum it originates from: https://imgur.com/a/Onbs0Ll

To give even more context to this feat, Tanjirou was preoccupied with keeping a child safe in his arms while having a broken leg and rib. He had yet to recover from his encounter with the Arrow Demon and the room was constantly shifting and changing directions, yet he still consistently dodged this attack. Rui fought a Tanjirou that was in full condition and yet his threads were something Tanjirou could barely react to, in fact he tagged him multiple times. Meanwhile, someone like Giyuu who current Tanjirou is comparable to in speed not only cut a crazy number of these threads near instantly and saved Tanjirou from a considerable distance away when they were about to cut him apart, but then proceeded to blitz Rui with no effort: https://imgur.com/a/xBSNQyO

And top to that off, Tanjirou is also currently able to use the 1st form of Thunder Breath, which allows him to gain an even quicker burst of speed(although admittedly Zenitsu's is more refined).

Just a couple reasons as to why I think Tanjirou should take this so far, looking forward to the clarification of the TG feats!
